A huge reunion may be in store for certain major players in "Game of Thrones' as the upcoming sixth season is expected to feature a scene in which Jon Snow (Kit Harington) will deceive the Boltons to reclaim Winterfell.
According to sources in the Northern Ireland where the HBO fantasy drama is being filmed, a scene that involves Jon, Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon) and Petyr Baelish aka Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen) had been rehearsed recently. It has also been reported by the Watchers on the Wall that such scene was set in Winterfell's courtyard, and that there was a "great deal of tension" among the characters who were involved.
During the intense exchange of the said characters, a giant, who could be Wun Wun, comes into the scene at the castle's gates and barges in, thereby forcing the Bolton's army to battle it out and be kept busy.
Meanwhile, it remains unclear as to what Jon's business will be in Winterfell. Nonetheless, it has been speculated that the former Night's Watch Commander may have voluntarily put himself forward as a ploy before the giant makes a surprise attack.
Such courtyard scene could be associated with a major battle involving Jon, the Wildlings, the Boltons and other Northern armies. It is uncertain, however, whether it takes place prior to or after the huge fight due to the fact that scenes can be filmed out of order.
While Sansa was reportedly spotted in these battle and courtyard scenes, it is yet to be known whether she will be showing up with Jon and fight against the Boltons or she will be held by Ramsay as a hostage.
It would be a perturbing incident if the latter occurs as Ramsay will reportedly be putting at least two bodies up for display as they hang upside down on crosses, which he is set to burn during the battle.
Although there have been no certain details on who these individuals might be, the website stated that they are "known characters."
If Ramsay is able to bring back Sansa and Theon Greyjoy(Alfie Allen) after the duo escaped from Winterfell in the season five finale, these might be the two characters that he will be killing.
On the other hand, WinterIsComing.net stated that Theon will eventually step on to the Iron Islands in the sixth season, hence the possibility that Sansa had also gotten away.
"Game of Thrones' season six is set to premiere in spring 2016 on HBO.
